Updates and Neverlost Release!

Things have been all over the place for me, “real life” wise! Drama, chaos, the whole nine yards, but it looks like–finally–things are settling down. That said, I’ve been trying my hardest to keep to a word count minimum each day, aiming (loosely) for a book release a month up until December–I’ll let you know how that goes. I apologize for the lack of updates and releases up until now–my last release was Wildheart last December. How time flies… I hope to make it up to my readers in the following months and year to come 🙂

That said! I do have news! Deciding to take a step out of YA and into the “New Adult” genre–as well as breaking into my first contemporary romance–I wrote the beginnings of a new series. The first novel–Neverlost–was actually inspired by a song my musician brother came up with 🙂

I’m super stoked/anxious/nervous/excited! for you guys to read Neverlost! It’s different than anything I’ve written thus far, but that might not be a bad thing? I’m hoping you all love it 🙂

I’ve decided to do a little experimentation. Some of you might know of Amazon’s new Kindle Unlimited Program? Basically for 9.99$ a month you can read all the books (that are enrolled in the program) for FREE! Like a library! (Think Netflix or Spotify for books and you got it!) I’ve decided to try this new program out with Neverlost, as an author.

Which means two things:
1) For those of you who have a Kindle Unlimited subscription, you’ll be able to read the book for free! (And for those of you who don’t have a subscription, Amazon is doing 30-day-free-trials, so go sign up! Though I think KU is only a US thing at this moment!)
2) On the downside, this means Neverlost is Amazon-exclusive for 3 months…which means my non-kindle readers won’t be able to access it. This is a bummer and the biggest reason I hesitated on even joining KU–but I have to go with my gut and my gut seems to think KU is something important.
SO for those of you who DON’T have kindles! If you have smartphones or android devices (and I believe apple devices too!) go and download the Kindle Reading App, sign up for your free trial of Kindle Unlimited, and give it a download.

Again, thank you guys so so much. I couldn’t do this without you! Happy reading!
